The Mountain Tracks snowshoe and pole set is great for keeping you on top of deep or loose snow while hiking or exploring in a wide variety of snow conditions and terrain. It's perfect for all around recreational snowshoeing. The snowshoe frames and poles are made from high grade 6061 aluminum which is very strong yet lightweight. The bindings and deck surface are made with high density polyethylene. This is a very strong material that effectively withstands puncture and remains flexible even in very cold temperatures. On the bottom of the shoes is a set of metal teeth that help grip hard packed snow and ice. The four section, telescoping aluminum poles collapse and expand to any height between 65cm and 135cm.
